一次性包皮切割吻合器在手术中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Disposable Circumcision Stapler in Operation

目的探析在包皮环切术中应用带胶垫一次性包皮切割吻合器对治疗效果的影响。方法选取2019年4月—2021年5月该院收治的78例行包皮环切术治疗的患者,采用随机数表法将其分为两组。对照组接受传统包皮环切术治疗,在此基础上,观察组应用带胶垫一次性包皮切割吻合器治疗,比较两组手术相关指标(手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛程度)、术后恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间(15.33±3.65)min短于对照组(35.41±5.31)min,差异有统计学意义(t=19.461,P<0.001),观察组术中出血量(2.74±0.96)mL少于对照组(7.44±1.82)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=14.264,P<0.001),观察组术后VAS评分(3.93±0.65)分低于对照组(6.21±0.81)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.710,P<0.001);观察组切口愈合时间(20.73±2.72)d短于对照组(31.24±2.91)d,差异有统计学意义(t=16.478,P<0.001),观察组对包皮外观满意度(8.05±1.04)分高于对照组(6.62±1.17)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.704,P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率(7.69%)低于对照组(28.21%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.571,P=0.018)。结论在包皮环切术中应用带胶垫一次性包皮切割吻合器效果较好,能够明显改善手术相关指标,加快患者术后恢复,且并发症较少,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of disposable circumcision stapler with rubber pad on the treatment effect of circumcision.Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent circumcision in the hospital from April 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group received traditional circumcision,the observation group was treated with a disposable foreskin cutting stapler with a rubber pad on this basis,and the operation-related indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,degree of postoperative pain),postoperative recovery and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was(15.33±3.65)min shorter than that of the control group(35.41±5.31)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.461,P<0.001).The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was(2.74±0.96)mL less than the control group(7.44±1.82)mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.264,P<0.001).The postoperative VAS score of the observation group(3.93±0.65)points was lower than that of the control group(6.21±0.81)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.710,P<0.001).The incision healing time in the observation group was(20.73±2.72)d shorter than that in the control group(31.24±2.91)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.478,P<0.001).The satisfaction of the appearance of the foreskin in the group(8.05±1.04)points was higher than that in the control group(6.62±1.17)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.704,P<0.001);the incidence of complications in the observation group(7.69%)was lower than that in the control group 28.21%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.571,P=0.018).Conclusion the application of disposable circumcision stapler with rubber pad in circumcision is effective,which can significantly improve the operation related indexes,accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients,and reduce complications.Therefore,it has high promotion value.
