摘要
教师评价是对教师专业发展程度的测量与价值的判断,是对教师专业发展过程中存在问题的发现,其目的在于促进教师专业素养的发展。评价者应当在评价过程中实现专业化,自觉运用量化与质性相关方法,确保评价的客观性与有效性,及时向教师反馈评价,满足教师专业发展的需要。目前,教师评价仍然存在量化与质性方法的杂糅状态,出现杂糅的原因在于奖惩式教师评价仍然存在、评价者评价素养仍然不足,以及教师负担仍然过重。教师评价要立足于教师发展本身,厘清评价领域量化与质性的基本方式,并寻求量化与质性在教师评价的最佳结合方式,以推动教师评价的专业化。
Teacher evaluation is the measurement and value judgment of teacher professional development,and the discovery of problems in the process of teacher professional development.Its purpose is to promote the development of teacher professional quality.Evaluators should be professional in the evaluation process,consciously use quantitative and qualitative correlation methods to ensure the objectivity and effectiveness of evaluation,and timely feedback to teachers to meet the needs of teachers professional development.At present,there is still a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methods in teacher evaluation,which is caused by the fact that reward and punishment teacher evaluation still exists,evaluators evaluation literacy is still insufficient,and teachers burden is still too heavy.Teacher evaluation should be based on teacher development itself,clarify the basic ways of quantitative and qualitative evaluation,and seek the best combination of quantitative and qualitative evaluation in the field of teacher evaluation,and finally promote the professionalization of teacher evaluation.
