师范生师德教育中课程思政建设的内涵、价值与路径 被引量:2

摘要 师德教育是师范教育的重点,课程思政建设是师德教育的重要抓手。师德教育中的课程思政建设就是要挖掘师范专业学科中的思政教育资源,通过潜移默化的方式将师德师风教育渗透在各门课程教学中,引导学生做“四有”好老师。师范生师德教育中的课程思政建设能够提升师德教育的价值高度,提高师德教育的育人温度,增强教育实践的行动力度。高校需通过以下措施,推进师范教育中课程思政建设的逐步完善:完备学科课程体系建设,加强课程思政制度保障;深化学科教学改革,落实课程思政育人环节;拓宽育人渠道,探索实践育人途径;建立师德培育实践共同体,发扬教师榜样引领作用。 The construction of curriculum ideological and political education is an important grasp of teachers ethics education,which is the focus of normal education.In teachers ethics education,the construction of curriculum ideological and political education is digging ideological and political education resources in normal professional disciplines to seep good ethics in the teaching of courses in a subtle way,guiding students to be the teachers with ideal and believe,moral sentiment,sound scholarship and benevolence.The construction of curriculum ideological and political education enhances the value,warmth and reinforce of teachers ethics education.Colleges and universities need to improve the subject curriculum system and enhance the guarantee system;deepen teaching reform and implement the curriculum ideological and political education;broaden the channels of education and explore ways of practice education;establish a community of practice and play teachers model role in teacher s ethics education.
