师德教育是师范教育的重点,课程思政建设是师德教育的重要抓手。师德教育中的课程思政建设就是要挖掘师范专业学科中的思政教育资源,通过潜移默化的方式将师德师风教育渗透在各门课程教学中,引导学生做“四有”好老师。师范生师德教育中的课程思政建设能够提升师德教育的价值高度,提高师德教育的育人温度,增强教育实践的行动力度。高校需通过以下措施,推进师范教育中课程思政建设的逐步完善:完备学科课程体系建设,加强课程思政制度保障;深化学科教学改革,落实课程思政育人环节;拓宽育人渠道,探索实践育人途径;建立师德培育实践共同体,发扬教师榜样引领作用。
