Research on Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Higher Vocational Students based on Craftsman Spirit

从高职学生创新创业能力培养现状出发,提出基于工匠精神高职学生创新创业能力培养,探索工匠精神的内涵,通过落实工匠精神与创新创业教育的融合,推进创新创业实践训练体系建设,加强创新创业师资队伍建设,营造融入工匠精神的创新创业氛围等途径,促进高职工匠精神和创新创业人才培养,为国家建设提供相关人才。

Starting from the current situation of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational students,it is proposed to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational students based on the craftsman spirit,explore the connotation of the craftsman spirit,promote the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship practice training system,strengthen the construction of the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching team,and create an innovative and entrepreneurial atmosphere integrated into the craftsman spirit by implementing the integration of the craftsman spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship education,so as to promote the cultivation of higher vocational craftsman spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship talents,and provide strong talent support for national construction.
