摘要
教师结束环节是幼儿园集体教学活动有机而又重要的组成部分。采用非参与观察法和录像分析法对沈阳市7所幼儿园的23名幼儿教师在集体教学活动中的结束环节进行整理分析。从教师结束方法、结束时长以及结束内容等方面进行统计,分析其存在的问题,并给出建设性意见,帮助幼儿教师改善集体教学活动结束环节,从而提高幼儿教育活动质量。
The teachers ending link is an organic and important part of the kindergarten collective teaching activities.The non-participatory observation method and the video analysis method are used to analyze one of the ending links of the collective teaching activities carried out by 23 preschool teachers in 7 kindergartens in Shenyang.According statistics from teachers ending methods,ending time,and ending content,the paper analyzes their existing problems,and gives constructive opinions to help kindergarten teachers improve the ending of collective teaching activities,so as to improve the quality of early childhood education activities.
