摘要
耕地整治是我国保证18亿亩耕地红线和粮食安全的基础工程,耕地整治潜力测算为土地整治规划及其实施提供科学依据。研究以镇(街)为单位,利用土地利用变更调查数据和农用地分等成果,运用ArcGIS10.2空间分析模块,将研究区耕地整治潜力分为五个等级,结合镇(街)自然资源禀赋、经济社会发展水平及农业产业发展方向,全区分为城周特色农业整治区、浅丘河谷高效农业整治区和低山丘陵生态优化整治区。
Cultivated land improvement is a basic project to ensure the red line and food security of 1.8 billion mu of cultivated land in my country.The calculation of cultivated land improvement potential provides a scientific basis for land improvement planning and implementation.The research takes the town(street)as the unit,uses the land use change survey data and the agricultural land classification results,and uses the ArcGIS 10.2 spatial analysis module to divide the cultivated land improvement potential of the study area into five grades,combined with the town(street)natural resource endowment.,the level of economic and social development and the development direction of the agricultural industry,the whole area is divided into the urban characteristic agricultural improvement area,the shallow hill valley high-efficiency agricultural improvement area and the low mountain and hilly ecological optimization area.
