摘要
针对渤海某油田高酸原油,通过室内破乳剂的评价以及对电脱盐破乳效果影响因素的考察,选择出了性能最优的破乳剂。实验结果表明:在注水质量比(m_(水)∶m_(油))为8%,破乳剂加注浓度为60μg/g,处理温度为125℃,复合电场强度为350~900V/cm,电场处理时间为9min/6min的条件下,通过二级电场处理,渤海某油田高酸原油盐质量浓度和含水量分别降到3.0mg/L和0.30%以下,满足了炼厂的处理要求。
Through the evaluation of the demulsifier in the laboratory and investigation of factors affecting the effect of electric desalting,the optimum demulsifier was selected for Bohai high-acid crude oil.The results showed that under the conditions of 8%water injection mass ratio(m_(woter)∶m_(oil)),60μg/g demulsifier concentration,125℃treatment temperature,350~900 V/cm compound electric field intensity and 9 min/6 min electric field treatment,through the two-stage electric field treatment.The salt concentration and water content of high-acid crude oil from a Bohai oilfield are reduced to 3.0 mg/L and 0.30%respectively,which meet the processing requirements of refineries.
