论高等教育中通识教育与专业教育的整合

Integration of General Education and Professional Education in Higher Education

现代高等教育主要通过认识论基础与政治论基础确立其地位的合法性。高等教育的认识论与政治论基础因环境的变化而在大学中“交差领先”,体现在教育内容上则表现为“通识教育”与“专业教育”的差别对待。“通识教育”与“专业教育”均服务于“人”之终极性目的价值使两者具有整合的可行性。高等教育应以“通识理念”构建“通”“专”结合的课程体系,以深度学习实现“通”“专”相融达至修养,以提升教师底蕴加快“通”“专”整合的步伐,以校园文化品牌的构建为“通”“专”整合提供生态氛围,最终构建具有中国特色的大学教育新范式。

Higher education establishes its own position mainly through two ways,namely,the ba⁃sis of epistemology and political theory.Due to the environment change of epistemology basis and political basis“cross in front”reflected the difference in the educational content as general education and professional education.Both general education and professional education serve the ultimate goal value of“man”so that the two are feasible to integrate.Higher education should construct a curriculum system of“General”and“Professional”with“General Concept”,achieve“General”and“Professional”integration with deep learning to self-cultivation,enhance teachers’heritage to accelerate the pace of“General”and“Professional”integration,and provide ecological atmosphere of“General”and“Professional”integration with the construction of campus cultural brand in order to build a new paradigm of college education.
