摘要
从哈佛大学等世界一流大学的经验来看,越是顶尖大学,越重视本科教育,越重视本科阶段的通识教育。近年来在“世界一流本科教育”的目标指引下,我国的高校进行了通识教育探索。当前我国高校的通识教育困境主要表现在制度性窒塞、课程内容障碍、组织机构窘境、科研行为吞噬等方面。宏观层面,高校要进行通识教育大体系的本土化探索,凝聚中国特色与经验;中观层面,高校要基于自身的不同层次与特点,探求通识教育的多样性;微观层面,高校要打造通识教育“金课”,构建高质量通识教育的“教”与“学”。
From the experience of world-class universities such as Harvard University,we can know that the top universities pay more attention on undergraduates’education,especially the gen⁃eral education of undergraduates.In recent years,some universities in China have explored the gen⁃eral education,guiding by the goal of world-class undergraduates’education.At present,the pre⁃dicament of general education in China shows that:institution block,course content barrier,organi⁃zation dilemma,scientific behavior swallow,etc.From macro-level,universities should explore the localization of major system in the general education,and focus on the Chinese characteristics and experience.From medium-level,universities should explore the diversity of the general educa⁃tion on the basis of their different levels and characteristics.From micro-level,universities should make the gold class of general education,and construct the high quality of teaching and learning of general education.
