立德树人视野下理工科大学生人文素养提升研究

Improvement of Humanistic quality of Science and Engineering Students under the Perspective of Strengthening Moral Education for Cultivating People

立德树人视野下,大学生的人文素养被赋予了新的内涵。建设世界一流大学、树立文化自信对理工科大学生的人文素养提出了更高的时代要求。当前理工科大学生人文素养的提升受高校重理轻文的历史传统、功利主义的价值导向、结构失衡的学科类别、知识窄化的教师素养等原因的影响而陷入困境。提升理工科大学的人文素养,要深化高校的教育教学改革、加强人文素养类课程建设、提升教师队伍人文素质、加强中华优秀传统文化教育、打造人文素养教育新媒体平台。

Under the perspective of strengthening THE moral education for cultivating people,hu⁃manistic quality of university students is endowed with new connotation.Construction of world-class university and establishment of culture confidence have put forwards higher demands of the times for the humanistic quality of science and engineering students.At present,improving the hu⁃manistic quality of science and engineering students is influenced by:the historical tradition that is more attention to science and engineering and less attention to arts,value orientation of utilitarian,constructure imbalance of subject category,knowledge narrowing of teachers’quality,etc.Those leads to be in a dilemma.The improvement of humanistic quality of science and engineering stu⁃dents should deepen the reform of education and teaching in universities,strengthen the curricula construction of humanistic quality,improve the humanistic quality of teachers,enhance the educa⁃tion of excellently traditional Chinese culture,and build the new media platform of humanistic quali⁃ty education.
