摘要
师资队伍建设是高校“双一流”建设的重要内容,教师评价是高校师资队伍建设的核心工作。美、英、德、日等发达国家具有先进的高校教师评价工作理念,注重多维度和多主体评价,兼顾奖惩性和发展性评价。国内高校应积极借鉴发达国家教师评价工作经验,树立发展性教师评价工作理念,推行分类评价和代表作评价,强化评价结果综合运用,科学开展高校教师评价工作。
The construction of teaching staff is an important part of the construction of“double first-class”,and teacher evaluation is the core work of the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities.Developed countries such as the United States,Britain,Germany and Japan have advanced concepts of university teacher evaluation,paying attention to multi-dimensional and multi-agent evaluation,and giving consideration to both reward and punishment and developmental evaluation.Domestic universities should actively learn from the experience of teacher evaluation in developed countries,establish the concept of developmental teacher evaluation,implement classified evaluation and representative evaluation,strengthen the comprehensive application of evaluation results,and scientifically carry out teacher evaluation in colleges and universities.
