摘要
在新时代,青年学子是否拥有正确科学的职业价值观、是否具备坚定高尚的理想信念,直接关乎其能否以昂扬向上、积极乐观的精神面貌追求美好生活,关乎其能否将“个人梦”更好地融入“中国梦”而不懈奋斗。从理想信念塑造的角度增强大学生职业价值观教育的时代性与针对性,可从如下三方面予以考量:一是高度重视家庭教育的基础意义,为科学职业理想的养成提供深厚滋养;二是积极依托高校教育主阵地,以理想信念构建职业价值观培育新格局;三是不断发挥政府宏观主导作用,为良好职业价值观的践行提供环境保障,进而切实打造“家庭-高校-政府”三位一体的职业价值观培育新机制。
In the new era,whether young students have correct scientific professional values and firm and noble ideals and beliefs is directly related to whether they can pursue a better life with a positive and optimistic spirit,and whether they can better integrate“personal dream”into“Chinese dream”and unremittingly struggle.Strengthening the times and pertinence of college students'professional value education from the perspective of ideal and belief shaping can be considered from the following three aspects:Firstly,it is necessary to attach great importance to the basic significance of family education,and provide profound nourishment for the cultivation of scientific vocational ideals;Secondly,it is necessary to actively rely on the main position of higher education to build the new pattern of cultivating professional values with ideals and beliefs;Thirdly,it is necessary to continuously play the macro leading role of the government,provide environmental protection for the practice of good professional values,and effectively create a new mechanism of cultivating professional values of the trinity of“family-university-government”.
