摘要
终身学习具备人性价值基础,其在自然性、社会性、精神性上与终身学习的全过程性、全民性与全面性相契合,使人成为人。个体当践行终身学习,坚持生有涯学无涯的观念,把握好人生的各个阶段:在学龄前阶段注入终身学习因子、在校学习阶段培养学习品格、在成人阶段积极学习提升自我技能、在老年阶段保持学习提升精神质量,最终达到自我学习、自我成长、自我修为的人生境界。
Lifelong learning is based on the value of human nature,which is consistent with the whole process,the nationwide and the overall of lifelong learning in nature,society and spirit,making people become themselves.Individuals should practice lifelong learning,adhere to the concept of limited learning,grasp all stages of life:injecting lifelong learning factors in the preschool stage,cultivating learning character in the learning stage in schools,actively learning to improve self-skills in the adult stage,maintaining learning to improve spiritual quality in the elderly stage,and ultimately achieving self-learning,self-growth and self-cultivation of life.
