摘要
“三教”改革是新时代我国职业教育的发展方向。对高职院校而言,师德提升是“三教”改革的核心动力,师德提升为教师、教材、教法改革提供了重要支撑力量,当前,教师成长的职业倦怠、教材建设的思维定势、教法运用的行动滞后等问题构成了“三教”改革中师德建设的明显困境。将来,高职院校“三教”改革要突破师德建设困境、激发动力,应该以教师改革为核心、以教材改革为支点、以教法改革为载体,全面有效推进师德建设工作。
The three reforms on education,namely reforms on teachers,teaching materials and teaching method,is the direction in which China's vocational education develops in the new era.For higher vocational institutions,the improvement of teachers'morality is the core driving force of the reforms,which provides an important support for the reforms on teachers,teaching materials and teaching method.Therefore,the building of teachers'morality is an important driving force for the reforms as a whole.Currently,the problems of teachers'weariness in career growth,the unchanged mindset of teaching materials construction,and the lagging inaction of teaching method application constitute the obvious dilemma of teachers'morality building.In order to break the dilemma of teachers'morality building and stimulate their motivation in the future,higher vocational colleges should take teachers'reform as the core,with the reform on teaching materials as a support and the reform on teaching method as a carrier to promote teachers'morality building comprehensively and effectively.
