摘要
通过问卷调查,并采用马斯洛需求层次理论对公共图书馆志愿者参与志愿服务动机、影响因素等方面进行分析,提出完善志愿者管理体系、开展特色服务项目、完善志愿者绩效考核体系等加强公共图书馆志愿队伍稳定的策略。
Through questionnaire survey,Maslow's theory on hierarchy of needs is adopted to analyze the motivation and influencing factors of public library volunteers'participation in volunteer service.It proposes strategies to strengthen the stability of volunteer team in public libraries,such as improving volunteer management system,carrying out special service projects,and improving volunteer performance assessment system.
