摘要
研究了物体三维面形对正弦光场的调制机理和位相测量轮廓术(PMP)基本原理,同时探讨了PMP的关键技术———相位去包裹的实现方法.在此基础上,开发了基于微机的全套应用软件,并以一个典型的复杂三维面形硬币为例,采用四步相移技术进行了实物测量,获得了较为满意的结果,实现了高精度、无接触的三维面形测量.
This paper studies the fundamentals of phase measuring profilometry and principles of a diffuse object 3-D's spatial modulation to structure light field.At the same time,we discuss the important part-how to unwrap the phase in the phase measuring method.Based on it,the applicable software has been developed on a microcomputer.In this paper we use four-stepping algorithm to measure a coin and obtain the satisfactory result.The phase measuring profilometry is a highly accurate,non-contact 3-D shape measurement method.
