右美托咪定静脉泵注复合七氟烷吸入麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉中的应用

Application of Dexmedetomidine Intravenous Infusion Combined with Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia in Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery Anesthesia

目的探讨右美托咪定静脉泵注复合七氟烷吸入麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法简单随机选取2019年5月—2020年5月于该院行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的60例患者为研究对象,结合麻醉方式差异性进行分组,其中30例患者采取七氟烷吸入麻醉,为对照组;30例患者采取右美托咪定静脉泵注复合七氟烷吸入麻醉,为观察组。比较两组患者不同时间点的血流动力学变化、Ramsay镇静评分。结果观察组T1、T2、T3时间点的心率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.875、6.394、5.443,P<0.05);对照组T1、T2、T3时间点的Ramsay镇静评分(4.29±0.41)分、(4.49±0.53)分、(4.85±0.71)分较观察组高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.054、3.035、3.154,P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定静脉泵注复合七氟烷吸入麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉应用中,不仅能有效稳定其心率波动,还能提高患者围术期镇静效果。

Objective To investigate the application effect of dexmedetomidine intravenous infusion combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,60 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery in the hospital were randomly selected for study and grouped according to the differences in anesthesia methods.Among them,30 patients received sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and were the control group,and 30 patients received dexmedetomidine intravenous infusion combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia,and were the observation group.The hemodynamic changes and Ramsay sedation scores were compared between the two groups at different time points.Results The heart rate indexes at T1,T2 and T3 time points in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.875,6.394,5.443,P<0.05).The Ramsay sedation scores at T1,T2,and T3 time(4.29±0.41)points,(4.49±0.53)points,(4.85±0.71)points in the control group were higher than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.054,3.035,3.154,P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine intravenous infusion combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in gynecological laparoscopic surgery anesthesia application can not only effectively stabilize the heart rate fluctuations,but also improve the perioperative sedation effect of patients.
