预见性护理在急诊严重创伤性失血性休克患者中的效果及并发症发生率评价

Evaluation of the Effect and Complication Rate of Predictive Nursing in Emergency Patients with Severe Traumatic Hemorrhagic Shock

目的探讨预见性护理在急诊严重创伤性失血性休克患者中的效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法方便选择2019年7月—2021年6月该院急诊收治的严重创伤性失血性休克患者84例,以随机数表法将其划分为两组。对照组42例采取常规急诊护理措施,研究组42例应用预见性护理。比较两组患者抢救时间、并发症情况及两组患者家属对于该次急救护理工作的满意程度。结果研究组抢救时间为(42.52±6.78)min较对照组(50.66±6.79)min短,差异有统计学意义(t=5.498,P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生率4.76%较对照组21.43%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.126,P=0.024)。研究组患者家属对于该次急救护理工作的总满意率100.00%较对照组83.33%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.610,P=0.018)。结论预见性护理在急诊严重创伤性失血性休克患者中具有显著的应用效果,能够缩短抢救时间,降低并发症发生率,适于临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing in emergency patients with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock and its impact on the incidence of complications.Methods conveniently selected 84 patients with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock were admitted to the emergency department of the hospital from July 2019 to June 2021.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.42 patients in the control group received routine emergency nursing measures,and 42 patients in the study group received predictive nursing.The rescue time,complications of the two groups of patients,and the satisfaction of the family members of the two groups of patients with this emergency nursing work were compared.Results The rescue time of the study group was(42.52±6.78)min shorter than that of the control group(50.66±6.79)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.498,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.76%lower than that in the control group 21.43%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.126,P=0.024).The total satisfaction rate of the family members of the patients in the study group was 100.00%higher than that in the control group 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.610,P=0.018).Conclusion Predictive nursing has a significant application effect in emergency patients with severe traumatic hemorrhagic shock,which can shorten the rescue time and reduce the incidence of complications,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
