自拟中药烫熨护理对脑卒中患者肢体康复的影响

Influence of Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Ironing Nursing on Limb Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients

目的探究自拟中药烫熨护理对脑卒中患者肢体康复及神经功能的影响。方法方便选择2020年1月—2021年3月在该院神经内科住院的脑卒中合并有肢体运动障碍的患者60例,用简单随机法(掷硬币法)分为两组各30例。对照组予以早期功能训练及针灸康复护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加行自拟中药方烫熨护理。干预观察10 d,比较两组患者干预前后肢体运动功能(Fugel-Meyer)评分、神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分变化情况。结果干预前,两组的Fugel-Meyer分值、NIHSS分值、MBI分值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者Fugel-Meyer分值、NIHSS分值、MBI分值显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肢体功能恢复优良率60.00%,较对照组的33.33%明显升高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.286,P=0.038)。观察组患者对护理工作的满意度96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030)。结论自拟中药烫熨护理有助于促进脑卒中患者肢体康复,并可改善其神经功能和生活自理能力,对促进患者早日康复有重要的意义。

Objective To explore the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine ironing nursing on limb rehabilitation and neurological function of stroke patients.Methods A total of 60 stroke patients with limb movement disorders who were hospitalized in the department of neurology of the hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups by simple random method(coin toss method)with 30 cases in each group.The control group received early functional training and acupuncture rehabilitation nursing,while the observation group received self-made traditional Chinese medicine formula ironing nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention was observed for 10 d,and the changes of limb motor function(Fugel-Meyer)score,neurological deficit(NIHSS)score and modified Barthel index(MBI)score were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in Fugel-Meyer score,NIHSS score and MBI score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the Fugel-Meyer score,NIHSS score and MBI score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of limb function recovery in the observation group was 60.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(33.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.286,P=0.038).The patients in the observation group had 96.67%satisfaction with nursing work,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030).Conclusion Self-made traditional Chinese medicine ironing nursing can help to promote the physical rehabilitation of stroke patients,and can improve their neurological function and self-care ability,which is of great significance to promote the early recovery of patients.
