布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗变应性鼻炎的效果及对症状评分影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Budesonide Nasal Spray Combined with Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis and Its Influence on Symptom Score

目的探析变应性鼻炎患者接受布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的效果及其对症状评分的影响。方法方便选取该院2019年1月—2021年4月收治的84例变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象,根据数字表法分组,对照组实施布地奈德鼻喷雾剂单独治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合孟鲁斯特纳治疗,各42例。评估组间疗效及症状评分,检测血清炎性因子水平。结果经治疗,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)4.773,P<0.05);观察组经治疗,血清IL-6(102.53±8.45)μg/L、血清IL-8(110.85±8.63)μg/L、血清IL-10(18.83±4.16)μg/L优于对照组,差异有在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组经治疗,鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕症状评分为(0.61±0.19)分、(0.49±0.14)分、(0.46±0.17)分、(0.24±0.11)分,显著优于对照组,差异有在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论变应性鼻炎患者接受布地奈德鼻喷雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,治疗效果较为理想,降低了患者的症状评分,病情改善效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide nasal spray combined with montelukastena in patients with allergic rhinitis and its effect on symptom score.Methods It is convenient to select 84 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in this hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 as the research objects.According to the digital table method,the control group was treated with Budesonide Nasal Spray alone,while the observation group was treated with montelukast on the basis of the control group,42 cases in each group.The efficacy and symptom scores between the groups were evaluated,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors were detected.Results After treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)4.773,P<0.05).After treatment in the observation group,serum IL-6(102.53±8.45)μg/L,serum IL-8(110.85±8.63)μg/L,and serum IL-10(18.83±4.16)μg/L were were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing and runny nose were scored as(0.61±0.19)points,(0.49±0.14)points,(0.46±0.17)points,(0.24±0.11)points,significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of budesonide nasal spray combined with montelukastena in patients with allergic rhinitis is ideal,the symptom score of the patients is reduced,and the disease improvement effect is significant.
