CT检查患者预见性护理对降低造影剂外渗发生率及过敏反应发生率的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Implementing Predictive Nursing on Reducing the Incidence of Contrast Medium Extravasation and the Incidence of Allergic Reactions in Patients with CT Examination

目的分析对CT检查患者实施预见性护理对降低造影剂外渗发生率及过敏反应发生率的影响。方法随机选择2020年9月—2021年3月该院收治的100例CT检查患者作为该次的研究对象,采用随机数表法将其平均分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者实施预见性护理,在治疗周期结束后对比两组干预效果,并对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果研究组造影剂外渗4.0%低于对照组24.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.305,P<0.05);研究组过敏反应发生率为6.0%低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为98.0%高于对照组的84.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.395,P<0.05)。结论对CT检查患者实施预见性护理能够显著降低造影剂外渗发生率,同时过敏反应发生率也明显下降,患者满意度较高,临床疗效显著,建议进行推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing on CT examination patients on reducing the incidence of contrast medium extravasation and allergic reactions.Methods A total of 100 patients with CT examination who were admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to March 2021 were conveniently selected as the research subjects,and they were equally divided into the study group and the control group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the study group received predictive nursing.After the treatment cycle,the intervention effects of the two groups were compared,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results The extravasation of contrast medium in the study group was 4.0%lower than 24.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.305,P<0.05);the incidence of allergic reaction in the study group was 6.0%lower than 20.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.332,P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of 98.0%in the study group was higher than 84.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.395,P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing for patients with CT examination can significantly reduce the incidence of contrast medium extravasation,the incidence of allergic reaction,high patient satisfaction and significant clinical effect.It is recommended to promote and apply.
