饮食护理对胃癌根治术患者术后胃肠道功能恢复分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Diet Nursing on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function in Patients Undergoing Radical Surgery for Gastric Cancer

摘要 目的研究分析于胃癌根治术中应用饮食护理对于胃肠道功能恢复所产生的影响。方法随机选取在该院于2020年8月—2021年8月接受胃癌根治术治疗的62例患者作为研究对象,选择应用随机数表法将所选患者划分为两组,即对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=31),给予对照组常规护理干预,观察组以常规护理为基础应用饮食护理,对比两组胃肠道功能恢复情况、机体营养状态、并发症发生率、护理满意度、免疫功能指标。结果观察组胃肠道功能恢复时间较短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.359、9.566、4.834、5.187,P<0.05);护理前,对照组、观察组营养状态等相关指标数值对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组营养状态等指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为6.45%低于对照组的29.03%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.415,P<0.05);和对照组进行比较,观察组患者各项护理满意度评分较高,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,对照组、观察组免疫功能等指标对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组免疫功能等指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌根治术患者于护理期间应用饮食护理干预措施对于改善患者饮食状态、机体免疫功能具有积极意义,可以促使患者胃肠道功能尽早恢复,对于预防并发症发生具有确切效果,得到了患者认可,可在临床上借鉴推广。 Objective To study and analyze the effects of dietary care on the recovery of gastrointestinal function during radical gastric cancer surgery.Methods 62 patients who received radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in this hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were randomLy selected as the research subjects,and the selected patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method,namely the control group(n=31)and the observation group(n=31),the control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given routine nursing based on dietary nursing.The evaluation indicators included the recovery of gastrointestinal function,the nutritional status of the body,and the occurrence of complications,nursing satisfaction,indicators of immune function of the two group were compared.Results The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.359,9.566,4.834,5.187,P<0.05);before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in nutritional status and other related indexes between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05);after nursing,the nutritional status and other indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.45%,which was lower than 29.03%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.415,P<0.05);compared with the control group,the scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in immune function between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05);after nursing,the indexes of immune function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dietary nursing interventions during the nursing period for patients with radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer has positive significance for improving the patients'dietary status and immune function.It can promote the recovery of the patient’s gastrointestinal function as soon as possible.It has definite effects on preventing complications and has been recognized by patients.
