摘要
目的调查肿瘤专科医院不同科室住院患者的满意度状况。方法选取2019年3月至2019年8月间某肿瘤专科医院五个主要科室1200例患者为研究对象,采用电话访问形式,共收回1017例患者关于护理服务、医生服务、出入院指导和环境卫生与总体满意度四个方面的评价结果,利用统计学软件进行数据分析。结果在护理服务、环境卫生与总体满意度方面,五个科室间的满意度差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);在医生服务和出入院指导方面,五个科室间的满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤专科医院的住院患者满意度较好,但不同科室间的护理服务和环境卫生满意度存在差异,要充分发挥满意度较高科室的带头作用,更好改善肿瘤专科医院的医疗服务,提升患者住院期间的满意度。
Objective To investigate the inpatient satisfaction in cancer hospital.Methods A total of 1200 patients were selected from five main departments of a cancer hospital from March 2019 to August 2019.Eventually,1017 evaluation results on nursing service,doctor service,admission and discharge guidance,environmental sanitation and overall satisfaction were collected through telephone interview,and the data were analyzed by SPSS software.Results There were significant differences in patient satisfaction with nursing services,environmental sanitation and overall satisfaction among the five departments(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in patient satisfaction with doctor service and admission and discharge guidance(P>0.05).Conclusion Inpatient satisfaction is relatively good in cancer hospitals,but there are significant differences in patient satisfaction with nursing services and environmental hygiene among different departments.The leading role of the departments with high satisfaction should be brought into full play in order to better improve the medical services of cancer hospitals and improve patient satisfaction during hospitalization.
