感觉统合训练对乳腺癌化疗患者记忆功能障碍及不良情绪的影响研究

Effects of sensory integration training on memory dysfunction and bad moods in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy

目的探讨感觉统合训练对乳腺癌化疗患者记忆功能障碍及不良情绪的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年3月间复旦大学附属妇产科医院收治的137例有记忆功能障碍的乳腺癌化疗患者,根据护理方式不同分为观察组69例和对照组68例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理基础上增加感觉统合训练干预,比较两组患者干预前后的记忆功能、不良情绪、RBMT和健康状况。结果干预后,两组患者行为记忆测验(RBMT-Ⅱ)总分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者RBMT-Ⅱ12项评分差值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者焦虑和抑郁评分均降低,且观察组降低幅度较对照组更大,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者健康调查量表8项评分均不同程度升高,且观察组升高幅度较对照组更大,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌化疗患者采用感觉统合训练干预,可有效提高患者的记忆功能,改善其不良情绪和生活质量,有助于患者健康。

Objective To analyze the effects of sensory integration training on memory dysfunction and adverse moods in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 137 breast cancer patients with memory dysfunction were selected at Fudan University Affiliated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital between October 2019 and March 2021.They were divided into an observation group and a control group based on nursing methods.Among them,69 patients in the observation group were given sensory integration training intervention on the basis of routine nursing and 68 patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The memory function,bad moods,function of the immune system and health status were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,scores of the second edition of Rivermead behavioral memory test(RBMT-Ⅱ)increased in both groups and they were higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Difference in scores of 12 items of RBMT-Ⅱwere higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)decreased in both groups and the reduction was greater in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).After the intervention,scores in 8 items of short form of Health Survey(SF-36)elevated with varying degrees in both groups and the increase range was greater in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Sensory integration training intervention can effectively improve memory function,relieve bad moods and improve quality of life in breast cancer patients on chemotherapy,and it is a favorable nursing method which benefits patient health.
