个案管理模式对肺癌化疗患者自我感受负担和生活质量的影响

Effects of case management on self-perceived burden and quality of life of patients in lung cancer on chemotherapy

目的探讨个案管理模式对肺癌化疗患者自我感受负担和生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月间同济大学附属上海市肺科医院收治的120例肺癌化疗患者,随机分为观察组61例和对照组59例。观察组患者采用个案护理管理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理干预,比较两组患者的自我感受负担、生活质量和社会支持情况。结果护理前,两组患者生活质量各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者各项指标均得到改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者社会支持评定量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者社会支持情况各项指标均得到改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者自我感受负担各项指标评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论肺癌化疗患者化疗期间采用个案管理模式,能有效改善患者的自我感受负担,提升社会支持度和生活质量,改善预后。

Objective To explore the effects of case management on self-perceived burden and quality of life in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 120 lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy admitted to Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University were selected from January 2019 to December 2020.They were categorized into an observation group(59 patients)and a control group(61 group).The observation group received case management intervention and the control group received routine nursing intervention.Self-perceived burden,quality of life and social support were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P<0.05).After nursing,quality of life scores were improved in both groups with the observation group better than the control group(all P<0.05).Similarly,there was no significant difference in social support between the two groups before nursing(P<0.05).After nursing,social support was improved in both groups with the observation group better than the control group(all P<0.05).In terms of self-perceived burden,indicators of the observation group were significantly better than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Case management model can effectively improve patient self-perceived burden social support and quality of life in patients undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer.It is of great significance for improving the prognosis of this population.
