量化活动方案干预对胃癌患者术后疼痛评分及康复的影响评价

Effects of quantitation of activity program intervention on postoperative pain score and rehabilitation in patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨量化活动方案干预对胃癌患者术后疼痛评分及康复的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月间上海市第五人民医院收治的120例胃癌手术患者作为观察对象,依据奇偶数将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组进行常规普外科手术护理方案干预,观察组进行量化活动方案干预。观察两组患者术后不同时间点疼痛(VAS)评分、康复效果、护理干预前后生活质量改善情况及干预方案满意度。结果观察组患者术后6h、12h、24h及48h VAS评分均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者术后首次排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均早于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分高于对照组,观察组患者干预方案满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论量化活动方案干预能够降低胃癌患者术后疼痛评分,加快术后康复,缩短住院时间,提高生活质量及干预方案满意度。

Objective To explore the effects of quantitation of activity program intervention on postoperative pain score and rehabilitation in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing surgery for gastric cancer were selected at Shanghai Fifth People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group with 60 patients in each group.The observation group received quantitation of activity program intervention and the control group received nursing during routine general surgery.The pain scores(visual analogue scale,VAS),rehabilitation,quality of life improvement before and after nursing intervention and patient satisfaction with the intervention program were observed in the two groups at different time points after the operation.Results The VAS scores were lower in the study group than in the control group at 6,12,24 and 48 h after the surgery(all P<0.05).Time to postoperative exhaust,time to postoperative defecation,time to out-of-bed activities and length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The scores of physical,role,emotional and social function were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05),and patient satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitation of activity program intervention can reduce postoperative pain score,speed up postoperative recovery,shorten length of hospital stay,and improve quality of life and patient satisfaction with intervention programs in patients with gastric cancer.
