新时代对高校思想政治理论课教学资源建设提出新要求,不仅要求其作为高质量思想政治理论课建设的支持系统,而且在形态上应更加系统集成、功能上应更具可适用性。面向实际建设和应用中存在的资源丰富但精品较少、发展迅速但缺乏标准、应用广泛但分布不均等问题,高校思想政治理论课教学资源的建设和发展尚需通过加强对虚拟与实体、显性与隐性、理论与实践等各类资源的整合,通过优化资源的标准体系、服务体系和管理体系,通过资源共建、智慧共享等方式,更好地汇聚合力、提高效率、改善生态,努力构建高校思想政治理论课教学资源发展新格局。

The new era puts forward new requirements for the construction of teaching resources of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, which not only requires it to be a support system for the construction of high-quality ideological and political theory course, but also should be more systematic integration in form and more applicable in function. Facing the problems of abundant resources but few high-quality products, rapid development but lack of standards, wide application but uneven distribution in practical construction and application, the construction and development of ideological and political theory teaching resources in colleges and universities still need to strengthen the integration of various resources such as virtual and entity, explicit and implicit, theory and practice, optimize the standard system, service system and management system of resources, and jointly build and develop resources. By means of wisdom sharing, we can better gather joint forces, improve efficiency and improve ecology, and strive to build a new pattern of the development of teaching resources of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.
