摘要
对某烟煤进行富氧燃烧计算,锅炉采用循环烟气注氧后作为一、二次风组织煤粉燃烧,二次循环烟气在除尘器后抽取,一次循环烟气在脱硫系统、烟气冷凝器后抽取,收集烟气成分及比例与一次循环烟气相同,经迭代计算,当二次循环烟气成分比例与锅炉出口相同时,燃烧物质平衡,计算得出一、二次烟气循环率。
The combustion calculation of a bituminous coal burned with oxy-coal boiler is shown.The fuel air and secondary air of boiler are mixed with circulation gas and injected oxygen,the air can support the combustion of pulverized coal.The secondary circulation gas is extracted after dust concentrator.The fuel circulation gas is extracted after desulfurization system and gas condenser.The composition of collected gas is same to fuel circulation gas.After iterative calculation,materials achieve balance when the composition of secondary circulation gas and the gas at the outlet of boiler is identical.Then,the rate of fuel circulation gas and secondary circulation gas can be calculated.
