某电厂屏式再热器弯管出现泄漏,为查明失效原因,采用宏观检查、取样进行金相、力学性能、胀粗率等试验分析确定失效原因,得出管排出列是爆管的直接原因,烟气冲刷、材质老化、性能下降是重要因素,从锅炉运行及日后检验工作等方面提出合理措施及建议。

There were leaks in the screen reheater elbow in a power plant.The causes of the failure was confirmed by macro inspection,sampling and analysis of metallography,mechanical properties,expansion rate.Measures and suggestions were proposed on the boiler operation,the future inspection and other aspects.
