单循环燃机控制系统改造适应联合循环运行的要点分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了增加单循环燃气轮机的发电量和发电效率,为其增加余热利用发电系统是十分必要的。其中单循环燃气轮机的控制系统需要为适应联合循环运行而进行改造。针对GE公司的PG9171E.03型燃气轮机的控制系统进行优化改造分析,着重阐述了单循环燃气轮机的冷却系统、控制系统的技术改造要点,从3个方面简单对冷却系统改造进行分析,通过7个方面重点对控制系统的技术改造进行了分析。通过对单循环燃气轮机的改造,使其更适应联合循环工况,从而增加联合循环的发电量和提供联合循环整体的发电效率。 In order to increase the power generation and efficiency of single cycle gas turbine,it is very necessary to increase the waste heat utilization power generation system.The control system of single cycle gas turbine needs to be modified to adapt to combined cycle operation,which is very important for gas turbine.The control system of PG9171E.03 gas turbine of GE company is optimized and reformed,and the key points of technical transformation of cooling system and control system of single cycle gas turbine are emphatically expounded.The reform of cooling system is simply analyzed from three aspects,and the technical transformation of control system is analyzed from seven aspects.Through the transformation of single cycle gas turbine,it can adapt to the combined cycle condition more,so as to increase the combined cycle power generation and provide the overall combined cycle power generation efficiency.
