摘要
按照火电厂技术规格书的具体要求,论述了火电给水泵系统起到的作用及常用设计方法,同时针对火电与火电给水泵系统配置做出分析,提出水力模型优化设计与CFD模拟相结合的优化方法,并且进行设计实践及验证,各个工况点的实际数值都在允许的范围内,达到了多工况水力设计目的。
In accordance with the specific requirements of thermal power plant technical specifications,the role played by the thermal power feed pump system and the common design methods are discussed.At the same time,the configuration of thermal power and thermal power feed pump system is analyzed,and the hydraulic model optimization design and CFD simulation are combined.The design practice and verification have been done,and the actual values of each operating condition point are within the allowable range,achieving the purpose of multi-conditioning hydraulic design.
