摘要
随着大学生焦虑现象日益严重,探究其发生的原因及影响机制日趋重要。研究选取693名大学生作为被试,采用问卷法考察父母教养方式对大学生心理焦虑的影响及心理韧性在两者关系中的作用机制。研究结果发现:(1)父母教养方式各维度均与大学生心理焦虑呈显著正相关;(2)父母教养方式可显著预测大学生心理焦虑和心理韧性,心理韧性在父母教养方式和心理韧性之间起中介作用。
It is increasingly important to explore the cause and influence mechanism of college students’anxiety.The sample consisted of 519 college students and questionnaire used to investigate the influence of parenting style on college students’anxiety and the mediating role of psychological resilience between parenting and anxiety.Results found that(1)all dimensions of parenting style are significantly positively correlated with psychological anxiety;(2)parenting style can significantly predict college students’psychological anxiety and psychological resilience,and psychological resilience is a significant mediator between parenting and anxiety.This study implies that adopting scientific parenting methods will help to improve college students’psychological resilience and reduce college students’psychological anxiety.
