小学生劳动实践能力培养困境及策略探究 被引量:1

摘要 劳动教育作为基础教育的重要组成部分,对小学生主体性发展和创新能力的培养具有重要意义。本文通过分析小学生劳动实践能力的现状,发现目前小学生实践能力培养存在缺乏系统性劳动教育课程和良好的劳动氛围,以及缺乏科学的劳动教育方法与评价等困境,因此建议从社会、校方、家庭角度出发,形成教育合力,发挥学校主导作用,营造良好劳动教育的氛围,科学探索劳动实践教学方法,综合评价劳动实践的成果,实现家校全员、全程、全方位育人,进而强化学生劳动实践能力,使学生学到基本的劳动知识和技能,同时还能帮助他们从小树立正确的劳动观念,养成良好的劳动习惯,培养学生热爱劳动、热爱劳动人民的情感。 As an important part of basic education,labor education is of great significance to the development of primary school students’subjectivity and the cultivation of innovation ability.By analyzing the current situation of primary school students’labor practice ability,this paper finds that there are some difficulties in the cultivation of primary school students’practical ability,such as the lack of systematic labor education courses and good labor atmosphere,as well as the lack of scientific labor education methods and evaluation.Therefore,it is suggested to form a joint force of education from the perspective of society,school and family,give play to the leading role of school,create a good atmosphere of labor education,and scientifically explore labor practice teaching methods,comprehensively evaluate the achievements of labor practice,realize the full,whole process and all-round education of all staff at home and school,and then strengthen students’labor practice ability,so that students can learn basic labor knowledge and skills.At the same time,it can also help them establish correct labor concept,develop good labor habits,and cultivate students’emotion of loving labor and working people.
