摘要
“十四五”时期,“优先发展农业农村、全面推进乡村振兴”成为国家高质量发展战略,教育服务乡村振兴是国家治理的重要举措。教育服务乡村振兴遵循“民本思想承载、教育功能延续、乡村生态发展”的历史逻辑、“国家治理、教育功能论、共生教育”的理论逻辑、“国家元治理引领下教育全方位服务乡村全面振兴”的实践逻辑。教育服务乡村振兴的具体实践路径体现为基于“三农”的人的发展教育、新农人产业教育、组织治理教育以及聚焦乡村振兴主题的教育自我治理。思考以人为核心的“乡村—教育—文化—生态”的可持续发展逻辑与实践路径,有助于教育服务乡村振兴的高质量内生发展。
“Giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization”has become a national governance strategy of high-quality development during the 14th Five Year Plan period,and education serving the rural revitalization is an important act of national governance.Governance logic of education serving rural revitalization follows the historical logic of“implementing people-oriented thought,continuation of educational function and rural ecological development”,the theoretical logic of“national governance,educational function theory,symbiotic Education”and the practical logic of“all-round education serving the overall revitalization of rural areas under the national metagovernance”.Based on policy of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,the practical path of education serving rural revitalization is embodied in human development education,new farmer industry education and organizational governance education and educational selfgovernance focusing on the theme of“rural revitalization”.The people-oriented governance model in the aspects of“countryside-education-culture-ecology”and the logic and practical path of sustainable development will help education serve the high-quality endogenous development of rural revitalization.
