浅谈高校网络安全人才培养发展方向

On the Development Direction of Cyber Security Personnel Training In Universities

网络空间安全上升为国家战略,使得网络安全人才培养提到了新的高度。高校作为人才培养的重要基地,亟需发挥其关键作用。然而目前我国高校仍存在网络安全学科建设匮乏、师资力量薄弱、学生实践能力不足、教材体系不完善等问题,有必要进一步探讨高校网络安全人才培养的模式与方向。本文针对高校网络安全人才培养现有问题,分别从学生招收数量、学生培养模式、教材编写、师资队伍等多个方面探讨了如何培养网络安全人才,为我国高校网络安全人才培养的发展方向提供借鉴与参考。

Cyberspace security has become a national strategy,which makes the training of network security talents to a new height.As an important base for personnel training,colleges and universities urgently need to play their key role.However,there are still some problems,such as lack of discipline construction of network security,lack of teaching staff,insufficient practical ability of students,imperfect teaching material system,etc.Consequently it is necessary to further explore the mode and direction of training network security talents in universities.In view of existing problems in the training of network security talents,this paper discusses how to train network security talents from several aspects,such as the number of students enrolled,the training mode of students,the compilation of teaching materials and the teaching staff,so as to provide reference for the future development direction of network security talents training in China.
