“双减”政策背景下的家长立场——确定性的寻求及其策略行动 被引量:13

Parents’ Position in the Context of the “Double Reduction” Policy——Certainty Seeking and the Strategic Actions

摘要 “双减”政策旨在通过学校内、外的双重减负实现学生的健康发展。然而本次改革是否会再次陷入“学校减负,社会(家长)增负”的窠臼还是一个未知数。通过法律法规和市场规范监督学校内、外的教育改革并不能从根本上满足需求者家长的利益,因此家长群体的立场在很大程度影响本次改革的成效。家长的教育参与涉及从本能、伦理和情绪上追求安全与确定性的需求,很难压制;家长基于自己的立场,在具体的教育生态环境中利用特定的知识和手段寻求安全,课外教育培训被当作重要手段。所以,减负政策的落实必须充分考虑家长的教育立场,顾及家长的教育利益,让教育改革更加顺畅而有效。 The“Double Reduction”policy aims to achieve the healthy development of students through burden reduction both inside and outside the school. However, it is still unknown whether this reform will once again fall into the pitfall of“reducing the burden on schools, but increasing the burden on society(parents)”. Supervising educational reforms inside and outside schools through laws, regulations and market norms cannot fundamentally meet the needs and interests of the parents. Therefore, the position of the parents will have great impact on the effectiveness of this reform. Parents ’educational participation is difficult to suppress since it involves the instinctive, ethical and emotional pursuit of safety and certainty;based on their own standpoints, parents use specific knowledge and methods to seek safety in a specific educational ecological environment, and extracurricular training is regarded as an important means. Therefore, to implement the burden reduction policy,parents ’educational standpoint and interests should be considered, so as to achieve a smooth and effective education reform.
