摘要
以探究社区理论为研究视角,以北京地区公立学校中1535名初中生有效问卷为样本进行研究。研究发现:北京地区公立学校异地就读初中生与非异地就读初中生在学习体验、学校纪律管理方式、学习投入等方面具有显著性差异;异地就读初中生学习体验的个体差异较大;利用多元逐步回归分析了个体因素、家庭因素对异地就读初中生学习体验的影响,并通过结构方程模型、回归分析进一步对学校纪律管理方式、学习投入与异地就读初中生学习体验影响的作用机制进行了系统研究。基于研究发现,提出针对异地就读初中生,应从学业、心理和家校连接等方面给与更多有针对性的支持。
From the perspective of community of inquiry model, this paper investigates and studies the effective questionnaires of 1,535 students in public junior high schools of Beijing. The results show that in public schools of Beijing there are significant differences in learning experience, learning input and school discipline management between on-site students and off-site ones. The individual difference is obvious in the learning experience of middle school off-site students. This paper analyzes the influence of individual factors and family factors on the learning experience of middle school off-site students by multiple step regression model, and further studies the mechanism of the influence of school discipline management style, learning input and learning experience of middle school off-site students by structural equation model and regression analysis. Based on the findings of the study, it is suggested that more loving and targeted support should be given to the off-site students in terms of their studies, psychology and home-school connection.
