高校智慧校园建设背景下教育行政服务信息化研究

高校智慧校园建设的核心技术是大数据技术,主要内容是教育行政服务信息化,而行政服务信息化的目标是建设以智慧教育为标志的现代教育信息服务体系。行政服务体制“网格化”、行政服务模式“动态化”、行政人员“服务本位化”是高校智慧校园建设背景下教育行政服务信息化的典型特征。目前,高校教育行政服务信息化存在诸多难题,需要在智慧校园建设中不断加大教育行政服务改革的制度供给力度,既要学习典型做法,又要因地制宜地推行政策,循序渐进地建成现代化的高校教育信息服务体系。
