综合干预在B型链球菌感染产妇围产期中的应用

The application effects of comprehensive nursing in puerpera with type B streptococcus infection at perinatal period

目的观察综合护理在B型链球菌感染产妇围产期中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月妇产科分娩的100例B型链球菌感染孕妇为观察对象,根据产妇自愿原则进行分组干预,分为对照组(产科常规护理)与观察组(综合护理),每组50例。观察产妇护理指标、妊娠结局及住院时间等。结果观察组疾病知识、自我护理技能、自我护理责任感及依从性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组抑郁、焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局及不良新生儿结局发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在B型链球菌感染产妇围产期中使用综合护理措施,改善产妇不良情绪,有利于降低不良妊娠结局发生率,保护母婴安全,提升孕妇对产科工作满意程度。

Objective To investigate the the application effects of comprehensive nursing in puerpera with type B streptococcus infection at perinatal period.Methods Onr hundred pregnant women with type B streptococcus infection who delivered in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The pregnant women in control group were given routine nursing,however,those in observation group were given comprehensive nursing.The nursing index,pregnancy outcome and hospital stay were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of mastering disease knowledge,self-care skills,sense of self-care and treatment compliance in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the depression and anxiety scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence rates of adverse pregnancy outcome and adverse neonatal outcome in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing measures for the puerpera with type B streptococcus infection at perinatal period can improve the adverse emotion of puerpera,which is beneficial to reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,protect the safety of mother and child,and improve the satisfaction degree of pregnant women with obstetric work.
