摘要
预冷系统在空分过程中占有重要地位,其运行情况直接影响空分设备的生产效益。本论文以预冷系统的生产过程控制为具体研究对象,对预冷系统中水泵电机采用变频调速,实现了对系统的节能,从而提高生产过程运行效率,降低能耗和物耗。
The pre-cooling system occupies an important position in the air separation process, and its operation directly affects the production efficiency of the air separation equipment.This thesis takes the production process control of the pre-cooling system as the specific research object, and adopts variable frequency speed regulation for the water pump motor in the pre-cooling system to realize the energy saving of the system, thereby improving the operating efficiency of the production process and reducing energy consumption and material consumption.
