摘要
在热轧板带复合轧辊的维护过程中,主要质量隐患是使用中产生的次生缺陷扩展。因此,轧辊使用一定周期后,需要及时停机修磨维护,针对不同部位、不同性质的缺陷,应用不同的无损检测手段进行次生缺陷筛查,通过不同检测方法的缺点互补,高效、精确的对缺陷进行定位和清除,消除轧辊早期上机隐患,实现轧辊的安全使用。
In the maintenance process of hot strip composite roll,the main quality hidden trouble is the expansion of secondary defects in use.Rolls in the use of a certain period,therefore,need to be shut down for grinding and maintenance in time.In view of the different parts and different nature of the defect,the application of different nondestructive testing method are applied for screening secondary defects.Through different detecting methods shortcoming complementary,high efficient and precise to locate and remove defects,the hidden danger of roll early operation is eliminated to realize the safe usage of roll.
