综合护理在小儿重症肺炎并呼吸衰竭中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Children with Severe Pneumonia and Respiratory Failure

目的探讨综合护理在小儿重症肺炎并呼吸衰竭中的应用效果。方法便利选择2019年2月—2021年1月该妇幼保健院收治的重症肺炎并呼吸衰竭患儿102例,以随机数表法将其划分为两组。对照组51例采取常规护理措施,研究组51例在此基础上应用综合护理措施。比较两组患儿咳嗽消失时间、气促缓解时间、哮鸣音消失时间、机械通气时间、ICU入住时间与住院时间,以及患儿家属对于该次护理服务的满意度。结果研究组咳嗽消失时间(2.52±0.52)d、气促缓解时间(2.68±0.82)d、哮鸣音消失时间(3.52±0.65)d较对照组(3.68±0.49)、(3.84±0.79)、(5.55±1.02)d更短,差异有统计学意义(t=11.594、7.275、11.986,P<0.001)。研究组患儿机械通气时间(3.05±1.00)d、ICU入住时间(4.30±1.02)d、住院时间(9.84±2.05)d较对照组(4.02±1.02)、(5.32±1.05)、(13.65±3.08)d更短,差异有统计学意义(t=4.850、4.976、7.354,P<0.001)。研究组家属护理的总满意率100.00%较对照组88.24%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.427,P<0.05)。结论综合护理在小儿重症肺炎并呼吸衰竭中具有满意的应用效果,利于保障患儿的预后恢复效果,且提高了患儿家属对于护理服务的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in children with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure.Methods From February 2019 to January 2021,102 children with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital were conveniently selected and divided into two groups using a random number table.The 51 cases in the control group took conventional nursing measures,and the 51 cases in the study group applied comprehensive nursing measures on this basis.The time to cough disappearance,shortness of breath relief time,wheeze disappearance time,mechanical ventilation time,ICU stay and hospital stay,and the satisfaction of the children’s family members with this nursing service were compared between the two groups of children.Results The time of cough disappearance in the study group(2.52±0.52)d,shortness of breath relief time(2.68±0.82)d,wheeze disappearance time(3.52±0.65)d compared with the control group(3.68±0.49)d,(3.84±0.79)d,(5.55±1.02)d is shorter,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.594,7.275,11.986,P<0.001).Compared with the control group(4.02±1.02)d,(5.32±1.05)d,(13.65±3.08)d is shorter,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.850,4.976,7.354,P<0.001).The total satisfaction rate of family care in the study group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group 88.24%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.427,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a satisfactory application effect in children with severe pneumonia and respiratory failure,which is beneficial to guarantee the prognosis recovery effect of children,and improves the satisfaction of children's families with nursing services.
