神经科学视角下运动的时空习得和社会交互效果分析研究

摘要 适度的规律性运动可以增强人体的抵抗力和免疫力。无论常态下,还是疫情期间,适度的规律性运动都是人们生活中不可或缺的重要身体活动。该文从神经生理学机制入手,深入分析运动实践效果的神经生理效应。研究发现:在真实的运动情境下,三维立体空间环境和同质时间信息,通过基底神经节、运动皮质、纹状体、海马和小脑等协调沟通,交互形成运动时空任务获得,这是运动时空习得的神经生理基础。此外,体育运动中的社会交互,对额叶、颞顶联合区等脑区具有重要的激活作用,这也是运动实践活动独特的神经效应机制。该研究结果将为运动实践的形式、设计、构建和实施提供神经机制借鉴,有助于运动课程的研究者、设计者、开发者和学习者运用这一成果,改进运动实践课程和活动的开发与应用。 Moderate regular exercise can enhance the human body's immunity system.Moderate regular exercise is an indispensable and important people's physical activities,both normally and during the epidemic.Starting from the neurophysiological mechanism,this paper deeply analyzes the neurophysiological effect of sports practice effect.The study found that in the real exercise situation,the three-dimensional spatial environment and homogeneous time information interact to form the acquisition of motor space-time tasks through the coordinated communication of basal ganglia,motor cortex,striatum,hippocampus and cerebellum,which is the neurophysiological basis of motor space-time acquisition.In addition,social interaction in sports plays an important role in activating brain regions such as frontal lobe and temporoparietal joint area,which is also a unique neural effect mechanism of sports practice.The research results will provide neural mechanism reference for the form,design,construction and implementation of sports practice,and help sports curriculum researchers,designers,developers and learners use this achievement to improve the development and application of sports practice courses and activities.
