摘要
儿童少年体质瘦弱的诱因包括营养不均衡、缺少运动、过重的学业负担以及自身审美观偏差等多种因素。瘦弱可能导致个体免疫力下降、记忆衰退、运动能力受阻等生理机能下降和自我效能感下降、自卑心理增强、自信心缺乏等心理表现,甚至诱发抑郁、焦虑等心理问题。树立正确的健康和审美观念,改善生活作息习惯,增加体育锻炼和阻抗训练是改善儿童瘦弱体质的主要手段。
The causes of children's physical weakness include many factors such as:unbalanced nutrition,lack of exercise,excessive academic burden and their own aesthetic deviation.Emaciation may lead to the decline of physiological functions such as the decline of individual immunity,the decline of memory and the obstruction of exercise ability,the decline of self-efficacy,the enhancement of inferiority complex,the lack of self-confidence and other psychological manifestations,and even induce psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.Establishing correct health and aesthetic concepts,improving living habits,increasing physical exercise and impedance training are the main means to improve children's thin physique.
