高校田径运动员体能训练的方法与提升策略探究 被引量:6

摘要 高校开展的体育运动项目多种多样,田径运动便是其中之一。田径运动是传统体育运动项目之一,对运动员的专项体能水平有着极高的要求,因而高校在开展田径项目时,针对田径运动员的体能训练是一项必不可少的内容。只有做好了这项工作,才能保证高校田径运动训练的顺利开展,提高高校田径运动员的运动水平。该文将从高校田径运动员体能训练的重要性入手,对高校田径运动员体能训练的方法进行深入分析,并进一步探索提升高校田径运动员体能训练效果的策略,以便为高校田径运动的顺利开展以及我国田径径赛事业的健康发展提供有益借鉴。 There are many kinds of sports in colleges and universities,and track and field is one of them.As track and field is one of the traditional sports,it has a very high requirement for the athletes'special physical ability.Therefore,when colleges and universities carry out track and field events,physical fitness training for track and field athletes is an essential content.Only by doing this well can we ensure the smooth development of college track and field training and improve the sports level of college track and field athletes.Starting with the importance of physical training of college track and field athletes,this paper will deeply analyze the methods of physical training of college track and field athletes,and further explore the strategies to improve the effect of physical training of college track and field athletes,so as to provide useful reference for the smooth development of college track and field sports and the healthy development of track and field cause in China.
