摘要
OBE理念的关注点在于结果,它强调教学中心任务是预期学习产出,以学生的学习成果为导向,然后在这个基础上进行教学理论的评价,并由此延伸出完整组织。在高校体育教育专业理论课程教学中,应用OBE理论具有重要的理论和现实意义,它能有效提高教学质量。该文以教师素质养成课程为例,探讨了基于OBE理论的教师素质养成课程教学构建和实践。
The focuse of OBE concept is on the results.It emphasizes that the central task of teaching is the expected learning output,which is guided by the students'learning results,and then evaluate the teaching theory on this basis,so as to extend the complete organization.In the teaching of theoretical courses of physical education major in colleges and universities,the application of OBE theory has important theoretical and practical significance.It can effectively improve the teaching quality.Taking the teacher quality cultivation course as an example,this paper discusses the teaching construction and practice of teacher quality cultivation course based on OBE theory.
