适老化住宅卫浴空间设计改造的研究

Study on the Design and Transformation of Bathroom Space in Aging Residence

该文针对卫浴空间设计中的设计原则、功能区设计、照明通风设计与电源设计等进行分析,从老年人的角度出发,明确适老化设计的内容与设计的注意事项,并就改造中的整栋、整层、单元以及改造的技术等进行了论述,以提升卫浴空间设计改造的品质,满足老年人日常盥洗、沐浴、如厕的需要,全面提高卫浴空间使用的舒适性、安全性、便利性。

This paper analyzes the design principles,functional area design,lighting and ventilation design and power supply design in the bathroom space design,defines the contents and precautions of aging design from the perspective of the elderly,and discusses the whole building,whole floor,unit and transformation technology in the transformation,so as to improve the quality of bathroom space design and transformation,meet the needs of the elderly for daily washing,bathing and toilet,and comprehensively improve the comfort,safety and convenience of bathroom space.
