随着社会城镇化进程加快,土地利用类型调整,原工业用地、城镇集体住宅拆除、搬迁,农用地收回、征收后,土地在历史使用过程中,由于工业活动的粗放管理,可能引发土壤污染问题,给未来土地利用造成影响。为了安全、有效开发利用原有地块,需进行建设用地土壤污染状况调查。该文主要介绍了建设用地土壤污染调查工作开展的要点及注意事项。

With the acceleration of social urbanization and the adjustment of land use types,the demolition and relocation of the original industrial land and urban collective houses,and the recovery and expropriation of agricultural land,the historical use of land may cause soil pollution problems due to the extensive management of industrial activities,which may affect the future land use.In order to safely and effectively develop and utilize the original plot,it is necessary to investigate the soil pollution of construction land.This paper mainly introduces the key points and precautions of soil pollution investigation on construction land.
