2017—2021年重庆市渝北区碘营养状况监测结果分析

Analysis of the monitoring results of iodine nutrition status in Yubei District of Chongqing from 2017 to 2021

目的 调查2017—2021年渝北区居民家庭使用食用盐的盐碘及其家中孕妇和8~10岁儿童尿碘水平,了解全区居民碘营养状况,为科学补碘提供依据。方法 每年采集全区5个街镇的部分8~10岁儿童和孕妇的尿样及其家中食用盐,进行尿碘和盐碘含量的测定,对检测结果进行分析评价。结果 2017—2021年在重庆市渝北区共检测盐样1 020份,盐碘中位数25.0~29.2 mg/kg,非碘盐共检出25份,各年度碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率均在90%以上。共检测尿样1 020份,每年尿碘中位数在150.2~300.7μg/L之间。结论 渝北区居民碘营养水平总体适宜,但孕妇和8~10岁儿童这类特殊群体中,少部分特殊人群如孕妇、8~10岁儿童存在碘摄入不足的情况,多数人存在碘摄入过量的情况,科学合理的补碘工作仍然任重道远。

Objective Investigate the salt iodine levels of edible salt used by households and urine iodine levels of pregnant women and children aged 8-12 years in Yubei District from 2017 to 2021,to understand the iodine nutrition status of residents in the whole region, and provide scientific basis for scientific iodine supplement and intervention measures.Methods Every year, urine samples of children aged 8-12 and pregnant women and edible salt at home were collected from 5 towns in the whole region, and the contents of urine iodine and salt iodine were determined, and the detection results were analyzed and evaluated.Results From 2017 to 2021,1 020 salt samples were tested in Yubei District of Chongqing, with a median of 25.0-29.2 mg/kg of salt iodine and 25 non iodized salt.The qualified rate, coverage rate and consumption rate of qualified iodized salt each year were more than 90%.A total of 1 020 urine samples were detected, and the median urinary iodine was between 150.2 and 300.7 μg/L every year.Conclusion The iodine nutrition level of residents in Yubei District is generally appropriate, but a small number of special groups such as pregnant women and children aged 8-10 have insufficient iodine intake, and many people have excessive iodine intake.Scientific and reasonable iodine upplementation still has a long way to go.
