实践场域中智力资源引领下县域教师专业能力协同发展研究 被引量:4

摘要 高素质的教师队伍是基础教育高质量发展的第一资源。然而,中西部县域教师专业发展陷入了同质化、碎片化、浅表化和低效化的窘境,亟需高水平智力资源的专业引领:顶层设计绘制县域教师协同发展的蓝图,智力成果把舵县域教育变革的航向,学科名师破解县域教师发展的困惑。该文基于县域教师专业发展的内生需求,从层级结构、过程阶段和内在机制等层面构建了“引领层—示范层—基地层—终端层”四维一体的智力资源引领下县域教师协同发展的新模式。该模式在M县U-G-S校地合作项目中得到了检验:智力资源引领下的县域教师协同发展激发了教师专业成长的内生动力,提升了学科骨干教师的专业能力,生成了基地校深度研修的操作指南模式,打造了县域教师协同发展的支持体系,彰显了县域教师发展区域推进的协同效应,受到本地教育部门和参与教师的一致肯定。 high-level teachers are the first resource for the high-quality development of basic education.However,the professional development of County Teachers in the central and western regions has fallen into the dilemma of homogenization,fragmentation,superficiality and inefficiency.There is an urgent need for professional guidance of high-level intellectual resources:top-level design draws the blueprint for the coordinated development of county teachers,intellectual achievements steer the direction of county teaching reform,and famous subject teachers solve the confusion of County Teachers’development.Based on the endogenous needs of County Teachers’professional development,the paper constructs a new model of County Teachers’collaborative development under the guidance of intellectual resources with a four integration of“Leading Layer-Demonstration Layer-Base layer-Terminal Layer”from the dimension of hierarchical structure,process stage and internal mechanism.The model has been verified in the practice of the U-G-S cooperation project in M County.The coordinated development of County Teachers under the guidance of intellectual resources has stimulated the endogenous driving force of teachers’professional growth,improved the professional ability of discipline backbone teachers,refined the operation guide mode of in-depth training of the base school,and created a support system for the coordinated development of county teachers.It shows the synergy of regional promotion of county teacher development,which is unanimously affirmed by the local education department and participating teachers.
